Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Join LinkedIn’s GTM Enablement Operations team as a Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Consultant and help customer-facing teams succeed. With guidance from colleagues, you will build your consulting, learning-design, data, and applied AI capabilities while equipping teams with the skills, tools, and processes they need to serve customers confidently, improve productivity, and accelerate rep and manager performance.

As a GTM Enablement Consultant, you will develop a practical understanding of the GTM Operations organisation’s strategy, goals, processes, and performance measures. Partnering with team members, sales and field representatives, and stakeholders, you will use qualitative and quantitative data to identify enablement needs, recommend solutions, and support change-management plans that strengthen skills and simplify work. Alongside Sales Performance Consultants, you will progressively take ownership of workstreams and contribute to large-scale skill, process, AI, and tooling programmes.
