Job summary

Tata 1mg is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Vaccination in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting daily follow-ups with residents, providing nursing care, and coordinating with doctors and hospital visits to ensure continuous care.

You will perform vital checks, manage medicine inventory, and update health tracking systems while supporting physiotherapy coordination and residents' overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily follow-ups with residents (calls & visits), especially those living alone
• Perform routine vital checks (BP, temperature, pulse, sugar levels, etc.)
• Provide nursing care including wound dressing, medication administration (oral/IV/injections)
• Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid support
• Handle panic alarm alerts and ensure immediate assistance
• Assist residents with mobility and daily health support
• Coordinate hospital visits and accompany residents when required
• Assist doctors during weekly consultations
• Maintain accurate medical records and update health tracking systems
• Manage medicine inventory and ensure timely replenishment
• Support physiotherapy coordination and resident participation
• Encourage resident engagement at least twice in a month and overall well-being
