Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an SAP Finance Functional Consultant with 5 to 9 years of S/4 HANA experience, including at least 2 years of implementation work. High-tech industry experience will carry additional weight.

You will work on ERP transformation engagements, support value assessment, business process re-engineering, and deliver end-to-end SAP FICO solutions across Bangalore, Gurgaon, and Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Support business development, shaping proposals and delivery approaches for SAP transformations.
• Oversee ERP integrations and assist in developing proofs of concepts as needed.
• Utilize strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

• As a part of the Digital Core & Enterprise Transformation team, you will be expected to support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering.
• Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP FICO landscape, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem-solving skills to identify, elevate, track and resolve issues on time.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectives.
• Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service offerings.
• Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations.
• Oversee ERP integrations, and assist in developing proof of concepts as required.
• Strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must have skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO. Strong understanding of SAP FICO concepts and principles.
• Serve as an SAP FICO functional consultant and assist with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests.
• Advise clients on the SAP FICO processes based on leading industry practices.
• Collaborate with client teams, including order management team, procurement and operations team, to ensure seamless execution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities and submodules like General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and controlling submodules like Profit center accounting, cost center accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product costing.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Document functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Support data migration, integration, and testing activities to ensure seamless solution deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, and IT to ensure holistic solution delivery.
• Provide training and support for business users.
• Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics.

Qualification

Experience: Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, including implementation and support in SAP FICO

Educational Qualification: B. Tech/BE/CA/CWA | MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school is required
