Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Management Consultant – GN HT – Data & AI for Bengaluru to drive AI-driven transformations for global clients. You will shape data strategies, governance, and AI governance while guiding engagements in the High-Tech practice.

The role includes mentoring analysts and developing thought leadership to showcase expertise in Gen AI across markets. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, design AI roadmaps, and lead initiatives from origination to deal closure,

The Practice – A Brief Sketch

As a part of the High-Tech team, you will work with leading high-tech clients across the globe, develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

Job Description:

As a Management Consulting -Consultant– Data & AI, you will be instrumental in understanding and analysing client’s business problems, guiding clients through AI-driven transformations, shaping data strategies, and implementing machine learning solutions. Your role will include solving the client’s business problem by developing AI strategies, establishing governance frameworks, creating user experiences, designing innovative solutions, and creating roadmaps that drive tangible business value.

You will also be responsible for driving business development initiatives for various markets and client accounts, while cultivating and strengthening relationships with senior Accenture and client stakeholders – to forge strategic partnerships and drive business growth.

You will be responsible for guiding a team of Analysts, and Associates, providing strategic guidance across various projects, while fostering their professional growth through mentorship and support.

You will drive the development of assets such as whitepapers, thought leadership content, and industry insights, showcasing expertise in AI, data strategy, and emerging technologies – to drive sales origination and establish the organization as a market leader in AI/Gen AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on AI strategy, implementation, and optimization to drive business transformation and competitive advantage
• Advise clients on data strategy, data governance frameworks, data architecture
• Provide holistic solutions to complex client challenges, utilizing issue-based problem-solving methodologies
• Support the practice leadership and global account teams in identifying and securing new business opportunities within High Tech accounts
• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into business processes, improving efficiency and decision-making
• Analyse client businesses, market landscapes, and competitors, deriving insights and recommending strategic Gen AI applications
• Should be able to shape up AI business cases
• Lead the development of AI-based thought leadership materials, including whitepapers, industry reports, and case studies
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI/GenAI, bringing innovative solutions to clients and the practice
• Help build and expand the High-Tech Practice by developing thought leadership assets, POVs, and white papers on emerging AI trends and industry innovations
• Mentor and guide a team of consultants, analysts, and associates

• Strong expertise in AI, Gen AI, Data Strategy, and AI Governance; consulting background is preferred.
• Ability to support senior executives in driving business development opportunities from origination through deal closure, independently developing strong networks within the firm.
• Proven experience in AI transformation initiatives and digital transformation strategy consulting
• Background in the High-Tech industry with experience in AI/Gen AI applications
• Ability to drive actionable outcomes and deliver business impact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with experience in presenting to senior executives
