EY GDS is seeking a Senior Manager/AI Solution Architect to lead AI-driven managed services solutions. You will shape end-to-end AI-enabled delivery models, assess client needs, and translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.

The role requires guiding cross-functional teams across global operations and driving strategic AI initiatives. You’ll lead due diligence, define architectures, and collaborate with sales to position EY’s AI offerings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Technology IT or related fields.
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in developing integrated managed services solutions.
• Experience in business operations including tax, treasury, consolidation, revenue assurance, regulatory reporting.
• Industry-focused experience across sectors (FSO, CP, Technology, Manufacturing).
• TOGAF or architecture certification is a plus.

The opportunity

Global Managed services business at EY at its inflexion point and poised for fast faced growth across our portfolio of solutions and offering that we take to the market. As a member of the solution team you will be responsible to leverage your experience and expertise to create be-spoke solutions aligned to client objectives and transformation aspirations. In addition to creating the solution you will also be responsible to participate in business development activities and support our frontline sales team in effectively engaging with target clients from the point of identification of the business opportunity to the point it is set up for consistent and predictable delivery stage.

Your key responsibilities

• Leads AI solutioning for AMS pursuits, embedding AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities into end‑to‑end service models
• Drives identification of high‑impact AI use cases and innovation opportunities across operations and applications.
• Builds quantified AI value cases (productivity, cost, experience, automation impact) to strengthen deal positioning.
• Shapes the AI-led solution narrative, translating technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
• Owns definition of AI architecture, agent models, and integration with platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SaaS)
• Leads client engagements and orals, confidently defending AI strategy, solution design, and benefits.
• Collaborates across teams to align AI solution, operating model, and commercials.
• Continuously drives differentiation through emerging AI capabilities, accelerators, and thought leadership
• Lead and/or manage due diligence exercises pre and post contract analysing client’s as‑is state, assess risks and commercial impact in best interest of the client and EY. Understand client’s business environment and create compelling value proposition
• You will be required to make complex decisions factoring delivery capabilities, available client data, advancements in technology and competitive positioning of EY solutions
• Provide input towards the design of a specific priority managed services offering over the development lifecycle with particular focus on delivery components necessary to deploy a viable solution for our clients

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in Business, Finance, Technology IT or related fields
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience
• Passion for problem-solving and helping our clients with some of their most complex issues
• Experience in developing integrated managed services solutions primarily around
• Business Operations: High end Finance operations including but not limited to Tax, Treasury, Consolidation, Revenue Assurance, Complex Regulatory compliance reporting etc. Supply Chain operations including but not limited to strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management etc. Mobility and Payroll operations.
• Risk: Transform and operate risk and controls functions including enterprise risk, enterprise resilience, compliance, internal audit, and controls and protect value across stakeholders in the long term Industry focused experience sectors like FSO (Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management Insurance), Consumer Products & Retail, Technology, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Power& Utilities, Telecom

Ideally, you’ll also have

• You may have certification in architecture degree such as TOGAF
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and Agile Methodology
• You will have core understanding of the big four and their got-to-market propositions
