Within Center Demand planning, the Global Size Analytics team is dedicated to understanding product selling at the size level across all brands, categories, genders, channels, and customers. Given the size-intensive nature of the product we sell and the complex network of points of sale, understanding our performance at a size and store level is important to the success of Levi Strauss & Co. The Size Planning team works cross-functionally and is driven by data to build accurate size profiles and size strategies to maximize revenues through optimized investment. The Global Size Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of size activations across global affiliates and channels. Working within the Sizing Process Optimization pillar, this role manages PC9/PC13 adoption in PLM and SAP systems, ensures alignment with approved size grid strategies, and partners cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end size activation across pre-season, in-season, and chase cycles. The Analyst combines strong technical expertise with structured process thinking to drive efficiency, data visibility, and continuous improvement across sizing operations.
Execute PC9/PC13 adoption and activation in PLM, aligned with the approved size grid by affiliate and channel.
Ensure timely and accurate size activation using manual activation, RPA upload templates and other automation tools.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, and Sizing teams to deliver end-to-end size activation across pre-season, in-season, and chase products.
Extract, validate, and consolidate data from multiple systems to monitor activation status and track execution progress.
Identify gaps or issues and elevate or resolve as appropriate
Develop dashboards and reports to give stakeholders clear, timely visibility into size activation performance and status.
Align size activation activities and timelines with the Go-To-Market (GTM) process and key planning milestones.
Communicate critical deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to cross-functional partners.
Follow up proactively with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and on-time execution.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for size activation tools and systems, including PLM and SGMT.
Partner with IT (Support, RPA) to troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues.
Design and build Python-powered or Excel-based tools to automate operational workflows and improve cross-functional access to size profile and activation data.
Identify and recommend tools & process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Respond promptly to ad-hoc size activation requests and urgent business needs, including chase products and last-minute system updates
Ensure fast and accurate execution under time sensitive conditions.
Train internal teams and stakeholders on sizing tools (PLM, SGMT) and related processes.
Provide ongoing guidance to drive consistent and effective system usage across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
4+ years experience in Data Analysis, merchandising operations, size activation, or a similar role within the retail or apparel industry.
Proficiency in systems like PLM, SAP, and SGMT.
Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and templates.
Strong Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse partners and work effectively in a team environment.
