Job summary

Sandoz in India seeks an experienced Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives. You will govern CAB, review change impact on business availability, and ensure timely closure of changes with accurate reporting and KPIs.

The role requires 6+ years in project or operations management, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and hands-on execution of change processes within a global biosimilars and generics leader. Diversity and inclusion are core to our culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in change/PMO roles.
• Experience in change management, CAB governance, and KPI reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
• Maintain governance for Change including CAB.
• Review changes for business impact and availability.
• Ensure accurate reporting and KPIs for Change Management.
• Maintain compliance posture for the Change Management Process.
• Ensure execution of changes and closure of tickets.
• Perform failed changes analysis and drive process improvements.
• Integrate ITSM operations with Change Management.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to

• Responsible for managing the change management process for the entire enterprise
• Maintain the governance for Change including CAB
• Review all the changes presented under change management process and review its impact and execution on the availability of Business
• Responsible for all the reporting and KPI for Change Management
• Maintain Compliance posture for the Change Management Process
• Ensure execution of change and its successful closure
• Perform Failed changes analysis and open SIP for constant improvement to the process
• Integrate all ITSM operations with Change Management Process
