Responsibilities

• Prepare 8D reports and implement actions to avoid recurrence for global products.
• Interface with Corporate Sustainability Management.
• Support material compliance and global compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and support external assessments (EcoVadis).
• Manage global and local business-process risk assessments.
• Support corporate materiality analysis.
• Conduct supplier audits (mainly for suppliers of global products).
• Support customer audits.
• Oversee management systems and business processes.
• Act as process owner for continuous improvement processes.
• Implement improvements at system level.
• Certify the Environmental Management System.
• Establish and maintain the global management system.
• Interface with Corporate QM and local QM.
• Adapt global certificates locally as needed.
• Arrange certification audits locally.
• Interface and implement Corporate Audit Plan.
• Ensure, maintain and execute corporate document control system.
• Integrate local document control system with the global system.
