Novartis in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Global QMS Manager to drive compliance, quality systems, and continuous improvement across global release processes. You will partner with Quality, IT, and business functions to define requirements, validate changes, and support training for users worldwide.

You will act as the global SME for Batch Release Hub processes, ensuring regulatory adherence, system integrity, and efficient, compliant product release across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with quality systems in regulated pharma/healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of pharma regulations and compliance.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and locations.
• Experience with system changes, validation, and UAT.

• Coordinate training to build global user confidence and capability.

Job Description

Major Accountabilities

• Ensure compliance of Batch Release Hub configurations with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Govern system changes to support compliant and efficient batch release processes globally.
• Maintain and continuously improve business documentation aligned with system configurations.
• Partner with Quality and Information Technology teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for system development and enhancements.
• Support and coordinate training initiatives that help users build confidence and capability globally.
• Support validation, user acceptance testing, data migration, and system integration activities.
• Act as the global subject matter expert and primary contact for Batch Release Hub processes.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience supporting or managing quality systems within a regulated pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build strong stakeholder partnerships globally.
• Experience supporting system changes, validation activities, and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
