Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Bengaluru seeks a Client Advisor Support Analyst to back Private Bank Advisors, supporting sales lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding, and coordinating with global specialists to deliver client-centric solutions.

The role leverages asset class knowledge, data analytics, and advanced BI tools to promote new client acquisition and deepen existing client books, with strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post graduate degree from a reputed institute with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagements skills and inclination to understand market dynamics and develop expertise.
• First‑hand experience creating PowerPoint and Tableau Dashboards.
• Experience/Exposure in AI/ML/BI Tools (Python, UI Path, Alteryx and Tableau) to drive innovation and efficiencies across teams.
• Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management.

Responsibilities

• Preparing presentations and materials for client and prospective client meetings.
• Excellent knowledge of Asset Classes and characteristics and ability to work on Investment Proposals, Goal Based Analysis, Investment Reviews.
• Coordinating with global investment specialists, wealth advisors and capital advisors on client needs, meeting agendas, and managing client follow-up.
• Ensure accurate information is provided for Client Onboarding activities and researching client inquiries and managing follow-up communication and materials.
• Periodic updating of client information in core banking systems, partnering with various functional partners and departments to service clients and diligently document minutes of client meetings.
• Draw insights from large data(Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis) and identify opportunities to streamline or automate existing process

The team is aligned one to one with the Advisors (High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Work Bankers and Investment Specialists) for a particular Office and have proprietary access to the books of the Clients focusing on specific needs. We partner with the Advisors throughout the Sales lifecycle ensuring consistent high quality support with Advisor experience and Client experience at the heart of it.

As a Client Advisor Support Analyst within the J.P. Morgan Private Bank, you will play a crucial role in supporting Private Bank Advisors and operating as an extension of the global team.

• Your responsibilities will span across the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to client onboarding and engagement.
• You will provide fully integrated intelligence, connecting all touch points across the client lifecycle to help promote new client acquisition as well as deepening of books of existing clients.
• This role offers the opportunity to leverage your strong knowledge of asset classes and fund strategies, and your ability to understand complex financial situations and present solutions.
• Your excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills will be key in this role.
