Job summary

ErgomedGroup is seeking a Global People Services Associate to join a central HR hub that provides transactional HR support across employees and managers. The role covers benefits, policies, time-off, and data accuracy within HRIS.

You will handle onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll support, and adherence to SOPs and SLAs, ensuring consistent service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a preference for HR/business administration.

Responsibilities

• Employee Support: Responding to HR-related questions from employees and managers (benefits, policies, time-off).
• Ticket Management: First point of contact for employee HR inquiries via Freshservice, managing, prioritizing, and resolving tickets within SLAs.
• Data Management: Accurate data entry for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and updating employee records in HRIS.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Administering the hiring process, creating offers, tracking probation, and processing leavers.
• Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with basic payroll processing, managing benefit enrollments, and pension administration.
• Process Adherence: Following SOPs and SLAs to ensure consistency.

Education
