Job summary

TAC Security is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across all countries where the company operates. You will ensure accurate, on-time salary processing while complying with local tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.

The role requires extensive experience in multi-country payroll, payroll compliance, vendor management, and payroll systems (such as ADP). You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external providers and drive automation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, HR or related field.
  • 6-8 years payroll experience, including 5 years managing global or multi-country payroll.
  • Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of global payroll regulations, taxation, statutory compliance, and payroll accounting.
  • Experience managing payroll vendors across multiple regions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across all global entities.
  • Ensure salaries, bonuses, incentives, commissions, reimbursements, final settlements, and deductions are accurate.
  • Review payroll inputs including new hires, exits, promotions, salary revisions, benefits, leave, attendance, and variable pay.
  • Ensure payroll calendars and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, taxation, labor laws, and statutory obligations across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate payroll tax filings and government reporting.
  • Support internal and external payroll audits.
  • Manage global payroll systems including ADP and HRIS/payroll integrations.
  • Drive payroll process automation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain payroll data accuracy, confidentiality, and security.
  • Manage relationships with global payroll providers.
  • Monitor vendor SLAs and payroll accuracy.
  • Resolve payroll escalations and service issues.
  • Evaluate new payroll technologies and providers.
  • Partner with Finance for payroll reconciliation, accruals, journal entries, and reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce cost analysis.
  • Ensure payroll accounting aligns with financial reporting requirements.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for payroll-related employee queries.
  • Ensure a seamless payroll experience across all locations.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
  • Prepare payroll dashboards and management reports.
  • Analyze payroll costs, headcount trends, overtime, taxes, and statutory liabilities.
  • Generate reports for leadership, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate payroll implications for expatriates, international transfers, and remote employees.
  • Partner with HR and Finance on cross-border payroll taxation and compliance requirements.

Job description

The Global Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations across all countries where TAC Security operates. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-country payroll, payroll compliance, vendor management, payroll systems (such as ADP), and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, and external payroll providers. Experience with global payroll platforms and automation initiatives is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Global Payroll Operations

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across all global entities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, incentives, commissions, reimbursements, final settlements, and statutory deductions.
  • Review payroll inputs including new hires, exits, promotions, salary revisions, benefits, leave, attendance, and variable pay.
  • Ensure payroll calendars and payment deadlines are consistently achieved.

Payroll Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, taxation, labor laws, and statutory obligations across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate payroll tax filings, social security contributions, pension, insurance, and government reporting.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes impacting payroll and recommend required process updates.
  • Support internal and external payroll audits.

Payroll Systems & Automation

  • Manage global payroll systems including ADP and related HRIS/payroll integrations.
  • Drive payroll process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure payroll data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security.
  • Maintain payroll documentation, SOPs, and process controls.
  • Manage relationships with global payroll service providers.
  • Monitor vendor SLAs and payroll accuracy.
  • Resolve payroll escalations and service issues.
  • Evaluate new payroll technologies and service providers.

Finance Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance for payroll reconciliation, accruals, journal entries, and reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce cost analysis.
  • Ensure payroll accounting aligns with financial reporting requirements.

Employee Experience

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for payroll-related employee queries.
  • Ensure a seamless payroll experience across all locations.
