Our Global Business Operations (GBO) team facilitates strategic, financial, and business services critical to day‑to‑day performance across 21 markets worldwide. With over 2,000 people in 21 markets, we operate out of Bangalore, Budapest, Bogota, and Manila.

About the Role

• Build and automate Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions to support global data management across multiple master data domains.
• Use Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to create scalable, automated solutions that simplify reporting and decision‑making.
• Integrate and manage data pipelines via Microsoft Azure for SAP S/4HANA and SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Oswald, OneTrust, Anaplan, and others.
• Deliver advanced data analysis, visualization, and analytics models to highlight trends, monitor data quality, and drive business outcomes.
• Act as a data engineering specialist ensuring efficient ETL/ELT processes, high‑quality data, and performance‑optimized reporting.
• Drive innovation in reporting and analytics by applying advanced visualization techniques, predictive models, and automation opportunities.
• Support global transformation initiatives by aligning BI and automation solutions with the enterprise data strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards for global data domains.
• Develop automation workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Oswald, OneTrust, Anaplan, and other SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and business teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and quality across reporting layers.
• Apply advanced data analysis techniques to highlight exceptions, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Implement data governance and security best practices in BI and automation solutions.
• Train and support business users on self‑service BI.
• Continuously explore and implement new features of Microsoft Power Platform to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize reporting frameworks and visualization guidelines.
• Monitor dashboard adoption, usage, and user feedback.
• Partner with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in BI, Data Engineering, or Analytics roles.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning, visualization).
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) – certification preferred.
• Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SaaS applications (Salesforce, Oswald, OneTrust, Anaplan, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
• Good understanding of data management principles and governance frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, insightful BI solutions.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG or other global enterprises preferred.

Professional Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Microsoft certification in Power BI or Power Platform desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering automation‑driven BI solutions at scale.
