You will use AI-powered tools like Metaview, Draup, LinkedIn AI Hiring Assistant, and CoPilot to develop Aristocrat’s global talent acquisition, while collaborating with TA leaders and recruiters to translate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent research, or recruitment support.
• Strong Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent mapping experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools or sourcing automation platforms.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize market data quickly.
• Ability to run multiple pipelines simultaneously.

As a Global Mapping & Research Associate , you will support global hiring and talent intelligence initiatives. Your focus will be on end-to-end sourcing, talent mapping, and delivering data-driven insights to build strong pipelines for outstanding and critical roles across geographies. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiters, translating market insights into actionable sourcing strategies.

This position is not a conventional sourcing role. You will act as a strategic advisor and talent intelligence specialist. You will use advanced AI-powered recruitment tools like Metaview, Draup, LinkedIn AI Hiring Assistant, and CoPilot to help develop Aristocrat’s global talent acquisition capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Execute sourcing strategies for global hiring requirements across functions and regions.
• Perform focused talent mapping and competitor analysis to pinpoint top talent.
• Build and maintain structured talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Perform primary and secondary research to pinpoint talent pools, competitor organizations, and talent trends.
• Develop market maps, org structures, and talent insights for assigned roles.
• Gather insights on talent availability, skills landscape, and hiring trends.
• Establish links with potential candidates and maintain an engaged talent community.
• Ensure pipelines remain current, segmented, and aligned to hiring priorities.
• Support recruiters with shortlisted candidates and market insights.
• Use sourcing platforms and AI tools such as Metaview, LinkedIn AI Hiring Assistant, and CoPilot.
• Continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve sourcing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing activity in tracking systems.
• Support creation of reports on pipeline health, sourcing efficiency, and talent availability.
• Provide inputs for market insights and hiring strategy discussions.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent research, or recruitment support.
• Strong experience in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent mapping.
• Basic understanding of market research and competitor mapping.
• Experience working on outstanding or hard-to-fill roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools or sourcing automation platforms.
• Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex market information quickly.
• Attention to detail and structured approach to sourcing.
• Ability to run multiple pipelines simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaborator collaboration.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new sourcing techniques.
