Job summary

Lagrange Point International in Bengaluru is seeking a technology leader to advance AI across its platforms. You will shape scalable AI architecture, design enterprise-grade AI solutions, and drive AI-led transformation across products and engineering practices.

You will partner with product, engineering and business teams to move ideas from concept to production, build and mentor global teams, and establish the data foundations and governance required for secure, high-impact AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in AI architecture and engineering for enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade AI/ML, GenAI or agentic applications.
• Experience designing enterprise AI architectures and evolving platforms towards AI-native systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to engage in architectural decisions.
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture and secure MCP-based integrations.
• Proven experience leading, hiring and mentoring engineering teams.
• Experience managing global, multicultural teams with a collaborative leadership style.

• Shape the AI architecture: Design scalable enterprise architectures for agentic applications and production-grade AI solutions.
• Drive AI-led transformation: Modernise existing applications and core platforms toward AI-native products and engineering practices.
• Take AI from concept to production: Partner with Product, Engineering and business teams to identify high-impact use cases and deliver them at scale.
• Lead AI engineering: Own central AI engineering teams and establish frameworks, standards and practices to scale AI.
• Build the right data foundations: Develop data, domain, agent and personalization layers powering AI capabilities, including secure MCP access.
• Measure what matters: Define AI performance metrics and continuously improve AI quality and impact.
• Build and mentor global teams: Develop technical talent, foster cross-geography collaboration, nurture engineering excellence.

• Understanding of enterprise data architecture, data capabilities and secure MCP-based or comparable integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Proven experience leading, hiring, coaching and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience managing global, multicultural teams with a collaborative, people-first leadership style.
