Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or MBA required.
• 5+ years FP&A in multinational environment with cost optimisation.
• Strong modelling, budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting skills; advanced Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

BSRI Solutions is recruiting a Global FP&A Business Partner focused on cost management for an international business. You will turn actual and forecast costs into clear insights for senior leaders, strengthen reporting and identify savings through AI-enabled analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse global cost performance using actual results, budgets, forecasts and scenarios to support forward-looking decisions.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc cost reports, validate improvement data and reconcile reporting sources.
• Use internal and external benchmarks to identify savings opportunities and measure the impact of cost improvement actions.
• Improve master data, reporting structures and KPIs to provide reliable information for finance and business partners.
• Apply generative AI tools, including Copilot, and predictive analytics to improve analysis, reporting and forecasting.
• Present complex findings as practical recommendations and work with senior leaders and finance teams across regions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of FP&A, finance business partnering or performance management experience in a multinational environment, with a record of cost optimisation.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and KPI reporting skills; advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Experience using generative AI in finance, especially Copilot; machine learning or Python experience is an advantage.
• Ability to turn complex analysis into clear business actions, present confidently to senior stakeholders and collaborate across cultures and functions.
• Professional fluency in English; SAP or Anaplan experience, additional languages and a CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA or CFA qualification are advantages.
