Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an analytics-focused professional to design, build, and support analytics-driven systems for global facilities. You will develop interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making and translate complex data into actionable insights.

You will integrate AI capabilities, design front-end interfaces, and ensure data quality across platforms while collaborating with Facilities, IT, and Digital teams to automate and modernize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years delivering analytics, reporting, or system-enabled insights.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards or visual analytics (Power BI, Tableau) or similar.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Angular, Snowflake, SAP, or GCP; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and support analytics‑driven systems for global Facilities systems, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) to support operational and leadership decision‑making. Integrate advanced analytics and AI‑enabled capabilities into Facilities platforms. Design and implement front‑end user interfaces that connect analytics and AI capabilities to back‑end enterprise systems. Ensure system data quality, consistency, and usability across Facilities applications and data pipelines. Partner with Facilities, IT, and Digital teams to identify opportunities for automation, predictive insights, and system modernization. Support global sites with technical guidance, standards alignment, and training to enable adoption and sustained value. Review and guide enhancements to Facilities applications with a focus on scalability, usability, and analytics value.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience delivering analytics, reporting, or system‑enabled insights in an operational environment. Hands‑on experience building dashboards or visual analytics solutions (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Experience working with modern programming, analytics, or integration tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Angular, Snowflake, SAP, GCP). Strong proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools, including Excel, Power BI, and collaboration platforms. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions for global, cross‑functional audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating analytics or AI Supported capabilities into enterprise platforms. Exposure to Facilities Operations, Maintenance, or industrial/asset‑intensive environments. Experience designing or supporting front‑end interfaces for operational or analytics applications. Demonstrated ability to modernize legacy processes through automation and insight. SAP Superuser or equivalent enterprise application experience. Experience working in globally distributed teams and delivering solutions at scale.
