EY is seeking a Strategic Operations professional to support the Global C&I Organization’s Business Enablement function. The role focuses on enabling strategic priorities, optimizing processes, and coordinating across domains to deliver agile outcomes.

The ideal candidate will drive domain initiatives, maintain plans, and prepare leadership materials while collaborating with CBS functions and various teams around the globe. EY offers a flexible environment and inclusive culture.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute domain initiatives and projects by working with senior stakeholders, applying strong project management discipline.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and next steps, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Drive project meetings, coordinate actions across contributors, progress milestones.
• Prepare leadership-ready materials (presentations, trackers) meeting EY standards for circulation.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve processes, escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with C&I domains and CBS Functions (e.g., BMC, Finance, Technology, AWS) to support project outcomes.
• Support consistent execution of operational processes by maintaining documentation, governance artifacts, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance ways of working.
• Maintain and manage knowledge repositories, databases, SharePoint sites, and content libraries with regular reviews.
• Share knowledge and updates with stakeholders using agreed channels.
• Support status reporting and dashboards, coordinating with Performance & Data Insights.
• Assist triage of requests for ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and information to reinforce self-service.
• Develop strong working relationships across domains, functions, and pods, anticipating needs.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
• Act as a trusted delivery partner to leadership by ensuring follow-through on actions and quality execution.
• Participate in regular update calls and forums, contributing insights and supporting team members.
• Facilitate coordination across geographically dispersed teams for smooth execution and alignment.
• Be familiar with AI/automation to enhance processes and deliverables.

The Opportunity

Global Operations Support plays a key role in supporting operational excellence across the Clients & Industries (C&I) organization. This role focuses on enabling strategic priorities, optimizing processes, and facilitating collaboration across domains, functions, and pods to deliver agility and impact.

The C&I organization has six Domains, each with individual needs and differing maturity: Insights, Industry, Demand Generation, Client Excellence, Sales & Commercial Excellence, and Enablement & Technology.

This position sits within the Business Enablement – Business Management Office which supports the C&I organization through three key functions: Strategic Operations, Core Services, and Performance & Data Insights. Strategic Operations works through pods aligned to each of the six domains, working alongside Core Services and Performance & Data Insights to deliver seamless operational support and strategic execution.

Success in this model depends on agility — the ability to learn quickly, adapt as priorities change, and drive execution while staying responsive to evolving demands.

The primary stakeholder is the Domain Strategy Execution Leader, although this role will work with the rest of the Domain team. This position works directly with the Operations Senior Specialist or Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations

• Manage and execute domain initiatives and projects by working closely with senior stakeholders, applying strong project management discipline.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and next steps, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Drive project meetings, coordinate actions across contributors, advance activity as appropriate and track progress against milestones.
• Support preparation of leadership‑ready materials (presentations, updates, trackers), ensuring they meet EY standards and are ready for circulation.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve processes, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Act as a single point of coordination with relevant C&I domains and CBS Functions (e.g., BMC, Finance, Technology, AWS) to support delivery of project outcomes.

Operational Excellence

• Support consistent execution of operational processes by maintaining clear documentation, governance artifacts, and reporting.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance ways of working within the domain.
• Maintain and manage knowledge repositories, databases, SharePoint sites, and content libraries, including regular review and validation of materials.
• Share knowledge, insights, and updates with stakeholders using agreed communication channels.
• Support preparation of status reporting and dashboards, ensuring clarity in coordination with Performance & Data Insights where applicable.
• Assist the triage of requests for ad‑hoc analysis, reporting, and information, helping to embed new ways of working and reinforcing self‑service where possible.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop strong working relationships across domains, functions, and pods, anticipating needs and supporting broader team objectives.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations, providing clear, timely updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
