Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled GIS Utility Network Migration (UNM) Developer to lead large-scale utility network transformations. The role focuses on Esri Utility Network design, ArcGIS Enterprise, geodatabase migration, and data integrity.

The candidate will design, develop and execute migration strategies, ensuring performance, governance and business continuity across enterprise GIS environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Esri Utility Network, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Pro.
• Strong data modeling, migration and validation skills for enterprise GIS.
• Proficient in Python scripting (ArcPy) and ETL development.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Utility Network migration activities from legacy GIS systems.
• Develop and optimize migration scripts, ETL workflows, and data transformation processes.
• Configure and support ArcGIS Utility Network implementations.
• Perform data assessment, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop automation solutions using Python and ArcPy.
• Collaborate with GIS Architects, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to ensure successful migration delivery.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize performance.
• Support deployment activities within ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
• Ensure adherence to GIS standards, best practices, and data governance policies.
