RMSI is seeking a skilled GIS/web applications developer in India to translate stakeholder requirements into scalable GIS solutions using C#, ASP.NET, and modern web technologies. The role involves building enterprise GIS apps with MVC/WCF/Web API, UI work with React/Angular/Node.js, and integrating REST services on ArcGIS/GeoServer platforms.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, apply TDD and CI/CD practices, and contribute to SOA/Microservices architectures.

Formación

• 4+ years of application development experience in Microsoft technologies.
• Excellent coding skills using .NET 4.0 or above.
• Hands‑on experience in ASP.NET with C#.
• Experience with React/Angular/Node.js.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience using FME ETL.
• Experience in ArcGIS/GeoServer based GIS applications.
• Good understanding of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns and TDD.
• Experience with SOA/Microservices architecture.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, document databases and CI/CD.
• Exposure to AWS/Azure.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and root cause analysis skills.
• Agile development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong C# and ASP.NET development experience.

• FME ETL (data flows, migration, manipulation and aggregation).
• ArcGIS and/or GeoServer.
• OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns and TDD.
• MS SQL Server (Queries, Functions, Stored Procedures) and document databases.
• Functional programming exposure.
• CI/CD and Test Automation.
• AWS/Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Excellent analytical, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Graph QL and Flutter exposure is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
