Job summary

Einstro in Tamil Nadu is seeking an offline German Language Trainer to conduct CEFR-aligned classes at our Navalur and/or Thoraipakkam branch. You will deliver structured lessons for A1 and A2, administer assessments, and monitor progress to help students communicate confidently in real-life and examination contexts.

The ideal candidate has at least B2 German, Goethe certificate preferred, strong CEFR understanding, and the ability to teach A1 and A2 independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum German proficiency of B2.
• B2, C1, or higher certification from Goethe-Institut preferred.
• Strong understanding of CEFR levels and outcomes.
• Ability to teach German A1 and A2 independently.
• Good command of German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and sentences.
• Clear English communication skills.
• Ability to manage offline classroom learners of different ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct offline German language classes for A1 and A2 learners; B1 or higher as qualified.
• Conduct placement tests and assign appropriate levels.
• Administer vocabulary, grammar, speaking, listening, and mock assessments.
• Evaluate assignments and examination practice tasks.
• Provide individual feedback and improvement plans.
• Prepare students for Goethe-Zertifikat and other recognised exams.

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic offline German Language Trainer to conduct classroom-based German training at our Navalur and/or Thoraipakkam branch.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured CEFR and Goethe-aligned German classes, conducting assessments, monitoring learner progress and preparing students to communicate confidently in real-life and examination situations.

• Conduct offline German language classes for A1 and A2 learners. Handle B1 or higher levels based on qualifications and experience.
• Conduct placement tests before assigning students to an appropriate level.
• Administer regular vocabulary, grammar, speaking, listening, module, and mock assessments.
• Evaluate assignments, worksheets, and examination practice tasks.
• Provide individual feedback and practical improvement plans.
• Prepare students for Goethe-Zertifikat and other recognised German examinations, where applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum German proficiency of B2.
• B2, C1, or higher certification from the Goethe-Institut or another recognised institution is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of CEFR levels and German language-learning outcomes.
