Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate German Language Trainer & Examiner to join our growing academic team in Bangalore or Kochi.

The ideal candidate will teach learners from A1 to B2 levels, prepare them for international exams, and contribute to Quadrigo’s excellence as a recognized testing and teacher training hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality, interactiveGerman language classes (A1–B2)following theCEFR framework.
• Prepare students for ÖSD, and telc exams through immersive, communicative instruction.
• Conduct mock exams, speaking tests, and performance assessments.
• Conduct internal and official exams.
• Use Neurolanguage Coaching and intercultural methods to foster motivation, retention, and real‑world fluency.
• Support in Digital Curriculum design including preparing video scripts, exercises, quizzes and exam preparation material.

Required Qualifications

• C1 or higher proficiency in German (ÖSD / telc /Goethe certification preferred).
• Minimum 350 hours of prior teaching experience in German as a Foreign Language (DaF / DaZ).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be physically available in Bangalore or Kochi for in‑person teaching and examinations.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience as alanguage examiner (ÖSD, telc or Goethe).
• Familiarity with Neurolanguage Coaching or learner‑centered teaching methodologies.
• Exposure to intercultural education or time spent living/studying in a German‑speaking country.
