Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of enterprise geospatial workflows that integrate mapping insights into core business processes to improve operational efficiency and decision quality for diverse stakeholders across functions.
• Oversee the development of geospatial data models and map based analytical solutions that support strategic planning for business operations while maintaining a strong focus on scalability reliability and data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate with business operations teams to translate process pain points into geospatial use cases that can be implemented through mapping platforms spatial analytics and clear standard operating procedures for everyday use.
• Provide clear guidance to cross functional teams on how to embed geospatial insights into existing business process frameworks so that daily activities become more predictable measurable and aligned with enterprise goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business operations by using geospatial metrics and process performance indicators to identify bottlenecks track trends and recommend targeted interventions that enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate extensive experience spanning at least thirteen years in geospatial solutions and business process optimization with a strong track record of transforming operations through practical mapping and analytics initiatives.
• Possess deep knowledge of business process frameworks and methodologies and apply them to design geospatial enabled workflows that are robust auditable and aligned with enterprise standards in complex environments.
• Show proficiency in business operations concepts such as capacity planning service level management and performance measurement while using geospatial tools to illuminate patterns and support better operational choices.
• Bring hands on experience with mainstream geospatial platforms and mapping tools integrated with enterprise applications so that process stakeholders can access location aware insights within their daily work systems.
• Exhibit strong skills in stakeholder communication requirements analysis and documentation to ensure that geospatial and business process solutions remain understandable adoptable and sustainable for a wide range of users.
