Job summary

Quest Global is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and RAG solutions in a dynamic engineering services environment. You will build Python-based AI applications, work with Transformers/LLMs and NLP techniques, and design knowledge graphs to enable smart information retrieval.

The role requires 6+ years in AI/ML solution implementation, with strong analytics and communication skills to translate business needs into AI-driven outcomes.

Work Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise RAG solutions.
• Understanding of Transformers and LLMs.
• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs.
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Good understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications.

Preferred Qualification

• 6 + years of experience with minimum 3+ experience in AI/ML solution implementation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
