• Duties mainly includes clinical care, teaching, and research. They are responsible for managing complex surgical cases, operating on patients, mentoring medical students and junior residents, and publishing academic research to meet regulatory and university standards.
• OPD & Ward Rounds, Surgical Duties, On Call & Emergency duties.
• Teaching residents and students during their rotation to their patient care units
• Organizing teaching/training of PG & UG students / other staff, of the department.
• UG & PG Teaching, Students Assessment, mentorship.
• Research Publications & Unit Co ordination.
• They will be responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of their respective departments/Patient care units
• They will be responsible for all the medical staff working in their respective department/units.
