Job summary

Reliance Elektrik Works is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end execution of high-voltage transmission projects. The role involves overseeing foundation work, tower erection, and conductor stringing for 132kV–400kV lines, with a strong focus on quality and safety across the project lifecycle.

The incumbent will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of EHV transmission line projects from foundation to tower erection and conductor stringing.
• Supervise construction and installation of 132kV, 220kV, and 400kV lines with multiple conductor types, ensuring quality.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams.
• Enforce safety, quality, and statutory compliance across all activities.
• Track progress against schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of site issues.
• Willingness to relocate to the NCR region at own expense as per project needs.
