Position: GM Sales & Marketing
We are expanding our Sales Team to strengthen our presence and drive sales for our premium commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of commercial properties including retail shops, showrooms, gaming zones, kiosk and food court spaces.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals and channel partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, channel partners, and brokers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular meetings, events, and training sessions with channel partners to keep them updated about projects, pricing, and offers.
- Motivate and support channel partners to achieve desired sales targets.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with CRM and Marketing teams to ensure smooth client experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Experience: 210 years in sales (real estate sales preferred).
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong market knowledge of NCR real estate.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions and HNI clients. Energetic, target-oriented, and team-focused professional.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
