Roles & Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify key industry trends, potential clients, and competitors.
  • Analyzing market dynamics, including regulatory frameworks, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our client base and increase market share in the electronics manufacturing sector.
  • Identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients, including OEMs, ODMs, distributors, and retailers.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Driving sales through effective lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies.
  • Providing sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Preparing costing and quotation, ensuring that the BU/BG/Division P&L in maintained.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Coordinating with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and branding strategies.
