• M.Sc. Chemistry or M.Pharma required.
• 18–25 years in API or Bulk Drug manufacturing.
• Minimum 5–8 years in a senior leadership role (Plant Head/GM/AGM Operations).
• Experience handling US FDA, MHRA, EU GMP, PMDA, or similar regulated-market inspections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead API production to achieve production targets.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and utilities.
• Improve productivity, yield, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Minimize downtime and production losses.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ICH, US FDA, EU GMP, WHO GMP, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Support customer and regulatory audits.
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets.
