Role & responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets for residential projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Position the brand effectively in the market, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and improve conversion ratios.
- Design and oversee customer engagement programs, site visits, promotional events, and exhibitions.
- Monitor sales funnel performance and optimize campaigns to boost ROI.
Digital & Traditional Marketing
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Manage offline marketing campaigns such as print, outdoor, radio, and TV.
- Oversee content creation, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure the company website and project microsites are updated and optimized.
Branding & Public Relations
- Build and manage brand reputation through PR campaigns, media relations, and influencer partnerships.
- Enhance visibility of the company and projects through corporate communications, press releases, and thought‑leadership initiatives.
Team Management & Vendor Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver high‑quality campaigns.
- Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, digital marketing agencies, and event organizers.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
