Role & responsibilities
  1. Manage new project onboarding documentation, feasibility reports, and coordination with legal and sales teams.
  2. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.
  3. Plan and execute lead generation campaigns with clear ROI and high-quality leads.
  4. Develop and maintain brand strategy, naming, and visual identity for all projects.
  5. Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, and monthly content calendars.
  6. Manage design, photoshoots, and marketing collaterals ensuring brand consistency.
  7. Collaborate across departments for project promotions, events, and internal branding.
  8. Handle vendor management for printing, creative, digital, and event services.
  9. Monitor marketing budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain transparent reporting.
  10. Lead and guide the marketing team, drive creativity, and ensure 80%+ KRA achievement.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Minimum 5 years relevant marketing experienceat least 3 in the real estate sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or similar field.
  • Proven expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and lead generation.
  • Strong track record in planning and executing digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Experience developing brand strategy, visual identifiers, and managing marketing collaterals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
