Location: NB Holdings – Managing Visalelo, Overseas Desire & Venyora

Reports to: CEO (Owner – NB Holdings)

Role Overview

The GM/COO will be responsible for scaling our businesses, systemizing operations, building high-performance teams, and driving growth. This role requires a leader who can think strategically and execute flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day functioning of all departments
  • Build and implement SOPs across all companies
  • Ensure seamless Visa, PR, Language, and E-commerce operations
  • Manage team leads (Visa, Overseas, E-com, Marketing, IT)
  • Identify staffing requirements
  • Conduct interviews and approve hiring/firing decisions
  • Monitor discipline, attendance, KPIs & performance reviews
  • Approve and guide marketing campaigns
  • Ensure sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly) are consistently achieved
  • Work closely with Marketing Head & BDE teams to boost revenue
  • Monitor leads, conversion rates & ROI
  • Coordinate website updates and improvements
  • Work closely with the IT Developer to optimize platforms
  • Create monthly business growth plans
  • Launch new services & verticals when required
  • Monthly performance review for the Ownerli>
  • Track leads, sales, expenses & operational metrics across businesses

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong leadership & team management
  • Knowledge of Visa/E-commerce industry (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
