Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the knowledge manager for accounting documentation, updates, and version control.
2. Ensure quality and accuracy in all financial deliverables.
3. Perform journal entry processing and ensure timely closures.
4. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and assist in month-end reporting.
5. Manage fixed asset accounting, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance (CA Inter / ICWA Inter preferred).
2. 2–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A), with at least 1–2 years in General Ledger.
3. Strong functional/domain knowledge in F&A processes.
4. Good people management and team coordination skills.
5. Proven ability to analyze data, simplify processes, and drive efficiencies.
6. Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
