Job summary

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior GenAI Video Creator to join our global production team. You’ll edit and transform video assets, generate fully AI-assisted content across platforms, and set high-quality post‑production standards with GenAI workflows.

You’ll collaborate with producers, test new GenAI tools, and push for efficient hybrid workflows that preserve creative quality. Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI tools, plus a portfolio of GenAI video work, are required.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and finish video content using GenAI tools alongside Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Alter existing video assets and produce fully generated content for a range of platforms and formats
• Work with producers to turn briefs into deliverables that meet client expectations, production values and deadlines
• Test new GenAI tools as they emerge, and recommend which to adopt and why
• Build hybrid workflows that combine traditional post‑production with generative techniques
• Carry out quality assurance on all video footage and outputs before delivery
• Optimise video for web delivery, applying sound knowledge of compression and encoding
• Identify where work can be done faster or at greater scale without reducing quality
• Learn each client's brand and quality requirements, and apply them consistently
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to clarify requirements early and reduce rework
• Share techniques and guidance to develop the skills of the wider team
• Make decisions on technique, tooling and quality within your projects, and raise risks early

About the role:

Generative AI is changing how advertising gets made, and we need a Senior GenAI Video Creator who can turn that potential into polished, client‑ready work. You'll join our global creative and production team, editing and transforming existing video and creating fully generated content across a range of platforms. Your post‑production craft and GenAI expertise will help clients meet their creative ambition, production standards and commercial targets. You'll work closely with producers, set the standard for quality, and share what you learn so the wider team improves with you. We support flexible working and offer reasonable adjustments throughout the process.

What you need to be great in this role:

Skills and experience

• Expert‑level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in image and video generative AI tools and workflows
• A portfolio showing GenAI video work for a range of clients
• Strong understanding of video compression and optimisation for web
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance
• Strong organisation and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication, and a collaborative approach
• Understanding of the standards that global brands expect
• Professional proficiency in English
• Gen AI and agentic thinking
• Advanced use of Gen AI tools relevant to video creation to enhance creative output and efficiency
• Experience designing AI‑assisted workflows for yourself and your team
• Ability to train others on effective AI tool usage
• Agentic thinking for complex, multi‑step challenges
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with rigorous human oversight
