Job summary

Indegene in Bengaluru is seeking a results-driven technologist to lead client engagement, solution management, and cross-functional teams in LS, Healthcare and Pharma sectors. You will translate insights into tech solutions, lead conceptualization and development, and drive product implementation.

The role requires hands-on experience in building and scaling tech solutions, strong communication, and the ability to operate independently while guiding roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tech solution building, product management, or client implementation within B2B environments.
• Gen AI/LLM exposure preferred.
• Experience in LS/Healthcare/Pharma industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Solution Management: Work with B2B customers in LS, Healthcare, and Pharma to understand needs and translate insights into tech solutions and ensure product implementation.
• Tech Solution Conceptualization & Development: Lead design and development of technology solutions, leveraging Gen AI/LLMs for market-ready products.
• Product Validation & Market Strategy: Take solutions to market for validation, gather feedback, and iterate based on customer insights.
• Scaling Solutions: Demonstrate experience in scaling at least two tech solutions from inception to market adoption, optimized for efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving & Solution Delivery: Identify customer pain points and translate into innovative solutions that meet expectations.
• Team Leadership & Independent Operation: Lead cross-functional teams, guide roadmaps, and operate independently when needed.
• Attention to Detail & Prioritization: Balance priorities, make informed decisions, and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on development phases.

Role & responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Solution Management: Work closely with B2B customers in the LS, Healthcare, and Pharma sectors to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives. Translate these insights into actionable tech solutions and ensure successful product implementation.
• Tech Solution Conceptualization & Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of innovative technology solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including Gen AI/LLMs, RAG, for creating impactful, market-ready products.
• Product Validation & Market Strategy: Take developed solutions to market for validation, gather feedback, and iterate based on customer insights to ensure the solutions success and relevance in the marketplace.
• Scaling Solutions: Demonstrate hands-on experience in scaling at least two tech solutions from inception to widespread market adoption. Ensure solutions are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving & Solution Delivery: Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable, innovative solutions. Ensure that these solutions meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Team Leadership & Independent Operation: Operate both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Lead cross-functional teams, provide guidance, and support in the execution of product roadmaps and initiatives.
• Attention to Detail & Prioritization: Maintain a high standard of detail orientation while balancing competing priorities. Demonstrate an ability to make informed decisions, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Engage in clear, concise, and compelling communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in all phases of solution development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in tech solution building, product management, or client implementation within B2B environments. Experience in LS/Healthcare/Pharma industries is a plus.
• Gen AI/LLM Exposure: A strong understanding and hands-on experience with Gen AI and LLM technologies are highly preferred.
• Tech Solution Expertise: Proven track record of successfully building and scaling tech solutions, with a focus on driving customer success and delivering measurable impact.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges, think critically, and devise innovative solutions that address customer needs effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership: A self-starter who can manage projects independently while also working well within a team. You should possess strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
