Job summary

Quess IT Solutions is seeking a skilled AI-focused software engineer to design and deliver advanced AI-powered applications. You will work across frontend React/Next.js and backend Python/FastAPI, building scalable APIs, microservices, and secure architectures while integrating GenAI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector search.

The role includes AI document processing, OCR, and agentic AI components using LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex.

Qualifications

Frontend experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript.
Backend experience with Python/FastAPI and REST/microservices.
Hands-on with GenAI/LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector search.
Experience with LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
AI/ML/NLP/Computer Vision knowledge for real-world apps.

Responsibilities

Develop modern frontend applications using React/Next.js.
Build backend services, microservices, and APIs with Python/FastAPI.
Design and integrate Generative AI/LLM solutions (RAG, embeddings, vector search).
Develop Agentic AI solutions using LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex.
Design AI-powered document processing and OCR solutions.
Apply ML/DL/NLP/CV to real-world AI applications.
Design scalable system architectures for apps and AI services.
Implement security practices (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, JWT, RBAC).
Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Vector Databases, and data stores.
Develop REST APIs, internal APIs, streaming APIs, WebSockets, and third-party integrations.
Work with Git, CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms for production apps.
Evaluate new AI models, frameworks, tools to improve productivity.

Develop modern frontend applications using frameworks such as React/Next.js and follow scalable and secure frontend development practices.
Build backend services, microservices, and APIs using Python/FastAPI or similar technologies.
Design and integrate Generative AI/LLM solutions, including RAG, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, and multi-LLM applications.
Develop Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
Design AI-powered document processing and OCR solutions, including document extraction and intelligent information processing.
Apply practical knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision to real-world AI applications.
Design scalable system architectures covering application components, APIs, databases, AI services, caching, load balancing, and integrations.
Implement enterprise security and authentication practices such as SSO, OAuth/OIDC, JWT, and role-based access control.
Work with databases and data technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Vector Databases, and other relevant data stores.
Develop and integrate REST APIs, internal APIs, streaming APIs, WebSockets, and third-party/enterprise services.
Work with Git, CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms, and deployment practices to deliver production-ready applications.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI models, frameworks, and AI developer tools to improve application capabilities and developer productivity.
