GenAI Developer Intern

About the role

We are looking for a GenAI Developer Intern who is excited about building and experimenting with AI-powered applications across different areas of Generative AI. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to research, build, integrate, test, and improve AI solutions using modern AI models, APIs, frameworks, and tools. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to multiple areas of AI, including LLM applications, AI agents, Voice AI, Computer Vision, Prompt Engineering, NLP, Multimodal AI, and AI automation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and integrating AI-powered applications and features using modern AI models and APIs.
• Work with technologies across different GenAI domains based on product requirements.
• Support development of applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI models.
• Experiment with AI agents and autonomous/multi-step workflows under guidance.
• Assist with Voice AI work, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, conversational AI, and voice agents.
• Explore Computer Vision concepts for image and video-based use cases.
• Help design and test prompts, system instructions, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.
• Learn and work with NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge-based AI systems where required.
• Experiment with different AI models, APIs, frameworks, and architectures.
• Assist in integrating AI capabilities with backend services, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Help evaluate AI systems for accuracy, relevance, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Debug AI applications and analyze model outputs under mentor guidance.
• Build prototypes and support the team in turning successful experiments into production features.
• Stay updated with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, Voice AI, Computer Vision, and multimodal AI.

Required Skills

• Strong programming fundamentals in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Familiarity with APIs and REST services.
• Basic understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly.
• Strong interest in experimenting with different AI tools and models.

Good to Have

• Any hands‑on exposure to OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open‑source AI models.
• Interest in AI Agents, Voice Agents, Conversational AI, or AI automation.
• Exposure to Computer Vision, NLP, Speech AI, or Multimodal AI.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, or RAG.
• Knowledge of FastAPI, Node.js, React, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of Docker and AWS/cloud platforms.
• Personal or academic projects involving AI chatbots, voice applications, AI agents, computer vision, or similar.

Education

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.

Fresh graduates and final-year students with strong AI/GenAI projects are encouraged to apply.
