Iris Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer to design and develop scalable AI-powered applications using Python, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS.

The role focuses on building production-grade GenAI solutions, integrating LLM-based capabilities into enterprise systems, and collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with PGVector / vector databases.
• Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LangChain/LangGraph.
• Good experience with AWS and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, and AI architecture.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GenAI / AI Engineer with 5+ years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Python, RAG-based applications, LangChain, LangGraph, PostgreSQL/PGVector, and AWS.
