We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Technical Consultant with 6-15 years of experience to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Fusion and global payroll systems. This role is flexible in location, with a preference for Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Design and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Fusion and third-party payroll systems.
  • Configure HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Support global payroll projects, including rollouts and vendor transitions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with global payroll processes and third-party vendors.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM Integrations (Technical), including HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Atom Feeds, and data mapping, transformation, and validation.
  • Preferred experience with Payroll Integrations using Ramco.
