Job summary

TymblHub seeks a Generative AI Specialist to design and build GenAI solutions in Kolkata. You will develop and optimize LLM-driven applications, create RAG pipelines, and engineer embeddings for enterprise workloads.

Strong Python and MLOps practices are required, along with a solid grasp of responsible AI and data governance. You will work with LangChain-like tools, vector databases, and major frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and OO design, with strong debugging skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and AI workflows.
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic/hybrid search concepts.
• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and model fine-tuning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Generative AI apps using LLMs and frameworks.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI workflows.
• Design prompts and fine-tune models with techniques like LoRA/QLoRA.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate AI into enterprise apps.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI solutions in cloud/container environments.
• Ensure code quality via testing, debugging, docs, and code reviews.
• Follow Responsible AI, data governance and security practices.
