Job summary

ERM Placement Services is seeking a GenAI / LLM Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions. You will work with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks to build scalable enterprise applications and intelligent assistants.

Responsibilities include deploying Python APIs, optimizing prompts, and collaborating with data, cloud, and product teams to ensure robust GenAI integration across workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Python-based GenAI development.
• Experience with LLMs, GenAI ecosystems and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration.
• Experience with vector databases and enterprise integration.

We are looking for skilled and passionate GenAI Engineers with strong experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI frameworks, and Python development. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience building scalable AI applications, integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows, and developing intelligent autonomous systems.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
