Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Gen AI Full Stack Engineer – Senior Associate to transform raw data into actionable insights within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will work on exploratory analyses, statistical modeling, and data visualizations to inform strategic decisions.

You will design frontends with React/Angular/Vue, build robust backends with Node.js, Java Spring Boot or Python, and deploy on AWS/Azure/GCP with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees required.
• At least 4+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive frontends using React/Angular/Vue.js with reusable components.
• Optimize frontend performance with lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and efficient rendering.
• Build and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL APIs with Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
• Develop and manage microservices and DB schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
• Deploy applications on AWS/Azure/GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate UX designs into pixel-perfect interfaces across devices.

As a Gen AI‑Full Stack Engineer‑Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data‑driven decision making. You will work on exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to help solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, performant user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), implementing reusable component libraries and ensuring design consistency.
• Optimize frontend performance through techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and efficient rendering strategies for scalable web applications.
• Build, secure, and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL APIs and backend services using Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python, handling business logic, data validation, and error handling.
• Develop and manage microservices architectures and design relational and NoSQL database schemas with optimized queries and migrations for production environments.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) for continuous integration and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to translate UX designs and user stories into pixel‑perfect, accessible, and consistent user interfaces across devices and browsers.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's & Master's Degree
• At least 4+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Experience working with AI or Generative AI tools‑based applications.
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Nest.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python frameworks, with solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Proficient in front‑end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, along with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Knowledgeable in version control systems, preferably Git, to manage code and collaborate effectively.
