Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking an experienced AI Full Stack Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI-enabled solutions. You will own architecture from design through deployment, collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Platform Engineering to ship reliable software.

Requirements include 8–15 years of software engineering, strong React.js frontend, Python/Node.js backend, API-first design, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js for modern frontend applications.
• Strong backend development experience with Python and Node.js (API-first design).
• Solid proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, npm, and modern build tooling.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, external services, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
• Proven experience in production deployment and support, including debugging and reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit/integration/e2e) and secure engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications using React on the frontend and Python/Node.js on the backend.
• Build and integrate GenAI-powered features (chat copilots, summarization, extraction, search) into customer workflows.
• Implement Agentic AI systems that can use tools, call APIs, follow workflows, and enforce safety rails.
• Design scalable, secure architectures with maintainability and forward compatibility.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Platform Engineering to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Own solution delivery from architecture through deployment and monitoring.
• Create reusable components, internal tooling, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer-Python with python, react, npm and node.js who thrives at the intersection of engineering and product. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to design, integrate, and deploy AI-enabled solutions in real-world production environments. You will act as a technical owner from solution design through implementation and ensuring high-impact outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• 8–15 years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end product delivery


• Strong hands-on experience with React.js for building modern, scalable front-end applications


• Strong backend development experience with Python and Node.js (API-first design)


• Solid proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, npm, and modern build tooling


• Strong experience with system integration: REST APIs, webhooks, external services, authentication, and enterprise integrations


• Proven experience in production deployment & support, including debugging, performance tuning, and reliability engineering


• Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)


• Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit/integration/e2e) and secure engineering practices (auth, encryption, compliance basics)

Key competencies

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Python/Node.js (backend)


• Build and integrate GenAI-powered features (e.g., chat copilots, summarization, extraction, search, automation) into real customer workflows


• Implement Agentic AI systems that can reliably use tools, call APIs, follow workflows, and operate with strong safety/guardrails


• Design systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, security, and forward compatibility


• Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science and Platform Engineering.


• Own solution delivery end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring


• Create reusable components, internal tooling, and maintain high-quality technical documentation

Platform & Infrastructure Requirements

• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP


• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (or ECS, Cloud Run, etc.)


• Understanding of production-grade monitoring/logging (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)


• Experience with databases and data pipelines: SQL/NoSQL, streaming/ETL, analytics tooling


• Experience optimizing AI systems for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency in production


• Exposure to AI system observability: tracing prompts, token usage, model outputs, evaluation metrics, feedback loops


• Prior customer-facing experience in consulting/solutions engineering or enterprise implementations


• Startup or fast-paced product environment experience


• Strong ownership mindset: implementation adoption scale long-term success


• Experience designing secure architectures aligned to data privacy, compliance, and governance standards
