Axtria seeks Gen AI Experts across levels (Senior Associate to Associate Director) for roles in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad. You’ll contribute to analytics and development, solving real-world problems with LLM/GenAI/GPT, and develop Python-based backends for UI-based applications.

The role requires 3–15 years of experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and familiarity with Azure/AWS and web tech. Client interactions on GenAI use cases are common.

• Experience with web technologies and Python exposure for UI-based backends.

• Be an Individual Contributor in Analytics and Development and solve problems using GenAI/GPT.
• Develop Python-based backends for UI applications and deploy analytics processes.
• Deliver PoCs and transition to production with data science capabilities.
• Create technical docs and interact with clients on GenAI use cases.

Job Title: - Gen AI Experts ( Open across levels – Senior Associate to Associate Director)

Job Location: -Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Be an Individual Contributor in the Analytics and Development team and solve real-world problems using cutting-edge capabilities and emerging technologies based on LLM/GenAI/GPT
• Software development experience in python is needed as backend for UI based applications
• Be a part of large delivery teams working on advanced projects when expert assistance is required.
• Deliver advanced Data Science capabilities to businesses in a meaningful manner through successful proof-of-concept solutions, and later smoothly transition the proof-of-concept into production.
• Create Technical documents, develop, test, and deploy data analytics processes using Python, SQL on Azure/AWS platforms
• Can interact with client on GenAI related capabilities and use cases

Qualification:

- B-Tech or BE in Computer Science / Computer Applications from Tier 1-2 college

OR

- Master’s degree in Machine Learning / Statistics / Econometrics, or related discipline from Tier 1-2 college

Must have Skills:

• Require 3-15 years experience to develop, test, and deploy Python based applications on Azure/AWS platforms
• Must have basic knowledge on concepts of Generative AI / LLMs / GPT
• Deep understanding of architecture and work experience on Web Technologies
• Python, SQL hands‑on experience
• Expertise in any popular python web frameworks e.g. flask, Django etc.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, JavaScript, REACT

Skills that give you an edge:

• Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements are a plus. With life sciences or pharma background.
