As a Deputy Manager / Manager of Generative AI Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and delivering cutting-edge AI-driven solutions across enterprise workflows. We are seeking a forward-thinking technical leader with hands-on expertise in generative models, agentic workflows, and modern cloud architectures. In this role, you will bridge the gap between AI research and production-grade software delivery, spearheading the implementation of resilient and highly scalable GenAI systems.Your primary responsibilities include architecting enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, fine-tuning open-source and proprietary Foundation Models (LLMs), and developing autonomous Agentic AI systems capable of complex multi-step reasoning. You will champion production engineering best practices by setting up automated LLM evaluation, monitoring drift, and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and MLOps tools to streamline training, deployment, and inference lifecycle management.You will collaborate closely with product managers, cloud architects, and data engineers to convert strategic business problems into production-ready artificial intelligence capabilities. Beyond individual contribution, you will mentor junior and mid-level machine learning engineers, set coding and architectural guidelines, and enforce governance frameworks around AI safety, explainability, and cost optimization.By leading transformative Generative AI initiatives, your work will directly accelerate business automation, elevate user experience, and position the organization at the forefront of AI-driven technological innovation.
