Job summary

LTM is seeking a skilled AI/ML backend engineer in Pune to build GenAI-enabled Python services on cloud platforms. You will work with DL frameworks and NLP tools, implement RESTful interfaces, and integrate AI capabilities with existing systems.

The role emphasizes clean code, testing, and collaboration in sprints. The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years of Python/AI/backend experience, hands-on cloud exposure (GCP/AWS/Azure), and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Gen AI and Python with cloud platform exposure is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in Data Science, AI/ML and DL domains.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks and LLMs.
• Proficient in Python and Linux/Windows environments.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI features using GenAI and Python on cloud platforms.
• Build prompt flows and agent tools; write clean, testable code.
• Integrate AI services with upstream/downstream systems and REST APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and sprint deliveries.
• Apply AWS Bedrock fundamentals and prompt engineering concepts.

Job description

Skill 1 - Gen AI+ Python (GCP, AWS, Azure), hands on exp in cloud platform is mandatory

• Hands-on experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and Deep Learning (DL) domains
• Practical exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) and DL frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Linux/Windows environments
• Proficiency with common data science toolkits: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, NeMo Agent Toolkit, NAT
• Knowledge of DL & GenAI algorithms: Transformers, CNN, RNN, etc.
• Experience with NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Multimodal Language Models like:
• GPT, LLaMa, Mistral, Qwen, Nemotron, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Skill 2 - AI/ML + Python (GCP, AWS, Azure), hands on exp in cloud platform is mandatory

• Develop AI features using AWS Bedrock.
