Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a skilled ML/AI engineer to design, train, and deploy GenAI solutions. The role emphasizes building GenAI applications, fine-tuning foundation models, and creating robust data pipelines for real-world business problems.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and PMs to integrate AI features into products, leveraging AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, and various ML frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/CE/IT or related field with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python coding and hands-on ML/AI experience across frameworks.
• Experience with GenAI, LangChain, and cloud deployment on AWS/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and train ML/deep learning models for business problems.
• Develop GenAI applications: fine-tune models, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems.
• Prepare and optimize structured and unstructured data for training pipelines.
• Integrate AI features into products with engineers, data scientists, and PMs.

Job Description

Must have skill:

• Strong Python proficiency
• Deep experience with ML/AI frameworks
• Hands-on experience with GenAI orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain)
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI)
• Expertise in LLMs, Agentic Flows, RAG, Embeddings, GCP

Good to have:

• OpenShift or containerization experience
• Open-source AI contributions or ML publications
• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and train ML/deep learning models for business problems
• Build GenAI applications: fine-tune foundation models (LLMs, CV, or NLP), RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems
• Clean and optimize data (structured & unstructured) for training pipelines
• Integrate AI features into products, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and PMs

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

A Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field experience of 4 to 6 years
