Aimlroles in Hyderabad seeks a software engineer to design scalable AI workflows, integrate autonomous agents into real-world applications, and translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into reliable business solutions.

Collaborate with application teams to integrate the solutions with the products and platforms, ensuring alignment with technology strategy and business outcomes. Architect reusable services and lead hands-on coding, QA, and mentoring to ensure high-quality, scalable software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience and proficiency with python.
• Experience in design and development of components and systems from ground up using engineering best practices and design patterns.
• Proficient experience and understanding in Python and associated libraries, RESTful API development, Cloud platforms (AWS), Databases, System design, Building data pipelines, Git, CI/CD, Linux.
• Highly experienced with multi-threading, memory management, networking, I/O concepts, and performance aspects of common classes and algorithms.
• Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, prompt engineering techniques to optimize GenAI performance, evaluation and selection of models, frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Develop and design scalable and efficient GenAI solutions tailored to our requirements.
• Familiarity with RAG technologies and LLM frameworks, LLM model registries (Hugging Face), LLM APIs, embedding models, and vector databases.
• Ability to learn and adapt to continuously changing technology.
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented design concepts and software development processes and methods.
• Experienced at leading teams, interacting with business partners or customers and guiding project direction.
• Superior organization skills, skilled at recognizing priorities and keeping the team focused on the most important features.
• Leadership and ability to guide technical and design working sessions.
