Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Delhi is hiring a Jr. Gen AI Developer (MLE Associate) to build GenAI applications and agentic workflows, with hands-on work on RAG, prompt engineering, and optimization techniques.

You will develop and maintain FastAPI-based services, integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic), implement RAG pipelines, and optimize performance with caching, chunking, and metadata filtering while collaborating on code, testing, and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on GenAI development experience.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and real-time retrieval.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and mitigation of prompt injection risks.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques for large-scale AI apps.
• Experience with caching, chunking, and metadata filtering.
• Strong SQL experience with ability to explain SQL engine used.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Textract (must explain API type used).
• Familiarity with FastAPI and LangChain for building AI apps.
