• Collaborate with Csuite executives and department heads to align digital initiatives with business goals and drive cross-department synergies.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to support digital transformation and foster a culture of digital innovation and agility.
• Use data-driven insights and digital tools to improve customer engagement, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Ensure digital solutions comply with security and data privacy regulations and manage risk in the digital landscape.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure impact and continuously optimize digital solutions.
• Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and consultants for seamless implementation and support.
